Bringing home a new puppy should be simple and stress-free. Here’s exactly what to expect — from your first phone call to the day you take your puppy home.

Meet the Puppy
Whenever possible, we welcome you to meet the puppy (and, when available, the parents) in person or via video call before making a decision. Photos and videos are available on request.
Bringing Your Puppy Home
We'll go over feeding schedule, temperament notes, and any care tips specific to your puppy so the first few days go smoothly. And we're always available afterward if questions come up.
Health & Vaccinations
Every puppy’s health comes first. Before going home, each puppy receives age-appropriate vaccinations, a full vet health check, and deworming treatment. You’ll receive complete health records at pickup, so your vet has everything needed to continue their care.

Preparing for Your Puppy
A little preparation before pickup day makes the transition home much smoother for your new puppy. Here’s what we recommend having ready:
- A crate or a safe, comfortable sleeping area
- Puppy food (we'll tell you exactly what your puppy is currently eating, so you can transition gradually)
- A collar, leash, and a few chew-safe toys
- A vet appointment scheduled for the first week home
- A quiet, puppy-proofed space for their first few days
